Being a seasoned investor himself, he gained extensive experience dealing with the different kinds of rental properties related issues. He understands the challenges and pressures of owning an investment property, the importance of choosing the right tenants and keeping up to date with the ever-changing legislation. To help other investors manage their properties he established Shoreline Property Management. The company focuses on providing a top-class and hassle-free property management service, developing long-term client relationships, and getting landlords the best out of their investments.
