Maintenance Request Form

It is the policy of Shoreline Property Management that all maintenance requests MUST be submitted in writing. Only emergency repairs will be accepted over the phone or via text.
Please follow the link to complete maintenance request form and we will organise professional tradespeople who will contact you directly to arrange for a convenient time to visit and repair the approved damage.

If you want to apply for a property please submit your application online. This is the quickest way to express your interest in one of our rentals. Please complete all sections, otherwise we will be unable to process your application.
By completing this form you give us the authority to complete credit checks and contact referees.

Login To Your Owner Account

Please follow the link to go to online landlord portal to monitor and check your account. You will get access to useful information relating directly to you and your rental investment properties, income and expenditure statements, details of invoices, transaction history and much more.

You will need to enter your primary email address and your own personal password you created.


Healthy Homes Standards New Zealand

Healthy Homes Standards for rental properties became law on 1 July 2019. They cover ventilation, insulation, heating, draught stopping, moisture ingress and drainage.

Landlords are responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of their rental properties. These standards will help ensure landlords have healthier, safer properties and lower maintenance costs for their investments. Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2020 (Summary Of Changes)

The Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) reforms became law on 11 August 2020 with passage of the Residential Tenancies Amendment Bill 2020. The reforms modernise New Zealand’s rental laws and align them with present day realities of renting in New Zealand.
