Switching property managers can be a hassle. But it doesn’t have to be that way! We will work with you from start to finish, taking charge of the handover process with minimal disruption to your tenants. It only consists of 2 steps:

Step 1: Contact us.

If you would like to switch to us, we will have a face-to-face meeting with you to gain an in-depth understanding of the issues that you may have with your existing property management company, before we form a bespoke property management plan tailored to your needs.

Step 2: Nominate us as your agent.

Once you have authorised us to act on your behalf, we will liaise with the outgoing management company to ensure a smooth handover of all relevant documents, bank details and tenancy agreements, coordinate a changeover date that suits all parties, and transfer the bond and keys. We will also communicate with your tenant to keep them fully updated on the transition.

Some companies have notice periods of up to six months in their contracts. Should you want to terminate such a contract immediately, we will look at buying out your remaining notice period.

You can rest assured your property will be in the capable hands of your dedicated property manager who looks after your needs on a day-to-day basis.
